It is administered by user jurisdictions as part of the bar examination on the Tuesday before the last Wednesday in February and July of each year. The state portion of the exam is administered on the first day of the Florida bar exam. The state portion of the bar exam is Part A, which consists of the 3 essay questions and the multiple choice questions.
The Association provides scholarships to offset bar examination preparation expenses for students who have a financial need and demonstrate a commitment to excellence.
